About Our Shop

Claire’s Creative Cave sells creative designs on apparel, gifts, home items, school supplies, office items, and other products. Many items are made-to-order after a customer places an order.

Orders

After you place an order, you should receive an order confirmation by email. Please review your order details carefully, including product, size, color, quantity, shipping address, and customization details if applicable.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order if there is a pricing error, product issue, payment issue, suspected fraud, unavailable item, or other problem that prevents us from completing the order.

Made-to-Order Products

Many products are printed or produced after the order is placed. Because of this, changes or cancellations may not be possible once production has started.

Custom Requests

For custom requests, customers are responsible for providing accurate spelling, names, dates, colors, sizes, and other details. Please check all customization information carefully before ordering.

Once a custom item is approved and production begins, changes may not be possible.

Product Colors and Images

We do our best to display products and designs accurately, but colors may look different depending on your screen, device settings, product material, and printing process. Slight variations may occur.

Prices and Availability

Prices, products, designs, and availability may change at any time. We may update, remove, or discontinue products without notice.

Shipping

Shipping options and estimated delivery times may be shown at checkout when available. Production time and shipping time are separate. Shipping estimates are not guaranteed, and carrier delays may occur.

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address. If an order is delayed, returned, or lost because of an incorrect address, please contact us so we can review the situation.

Shipping Savings

Shipping savings applied to purchases within the advertised total amount tiers cannot exceed the amount of cost of shipping.

Returns and Exchanges

Because many items are made-to-order, returns and exchanges may not be available for size changes, color changes, buyer’s remorse, or custom request changes.

If your item arrives damaged, incorrect, or with a production issue, please email us as soon as possible with your name, order number, and clear photos of the issue.

Intellectual Property

The artwork, designs, logos, text, images, and other content on this website belong to Claire’s Creative Cave or are used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce, sell, or use our designs or website content without permission.

Customer Messages and Submissions

If you send us a custom idea, message, photo, or other information, you confirm that you have the right to share it with us. Please do not send anything you do not have permission to use.

You agree not to misuse the website, attempt to interfere with its security, submit false information, use the site for unlawful purposes, or attempt to copy or scrape content from the shop.
